At Biottonia NaturalCare, our passion is to offer pure, natural, and highest-quality chemotyped essential oils.

The process begins with the planting of selected chemotype aromatic plants on our farms and continues with agronomic management optimized for each circumstance and plant type, to determine the optimal harvest time. A modern, controlled steam-distillation process allows us to extract the precious oil while preserving the qualities of a pure, natural product.

Quality control is carried out in our laboratory, equipped with advanced chromatographic technology (GC‑MS), cutting-edge physico-chemical equipment, and certified microbiology cleanrooms.

This allows us to:

  • Determine an authentic chemical profile: Verified by GC‑MS for each unique and individual batch.

  • Microbiological testing in cleanrooms: Each batch undergoes microbiological testing under sterile conditions, ensuring complete safety for cosmetic, aromatherapy, or food applications.

  • Certificate of Analysis (CoA): Detailed for each batch, with results visible and traceable globally.

  • Safe and controlled packaging: Packaging is carried out in containers suitable for the product and under controlled light and temperature conditions, preserving the quality and natural characteristics of the oil throughout its shelf life.

  • Full traceability: As agricultural producers and distillers with internalized quality control, we can offer complete traceability of the product delivered to our customers.

  • Global documentation: Each batch is shipped with all the necessary documentation to be marketed anywhere in the world.
